Overcome. Elevate. Inspire. Heart Of A Man (HOAM) is a mental health movement that provides hope, courage, and resilience for men. We provide a safe place to discuss, grow and support each other to help end the stigma around mental health.

The organization is the monthly support group for men from all walks of life where they can voice their feelings, cry without judgment and build each other up.
