Heart Health Workshop
Experience the heart-healthy benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. These gentle practices reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve circulation through flowing movement and mindful breathing. For all levels, this session supports both physical and mental well-being.
The movements are gentle on the body and joints and are well suited for people with a wide range of physical abilities.
No prior experience needed. Well suited for beginners.
