Heart Drop-In For Black Men

Take a pause in the middle of your day to restore your mind, spirit, and direction. These drop-in sessions are designed for Black men who want to step out of the noise, ground themselves, and return to their day with greater clarity and strength.

Through Heart Divination, we listen to what your heart is speaking—bringing forward ancestral wisdom and guidance for whatever you may be carrying. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, work, or questions about your path, you’ll receive insight that helps you move forward with more confidence and peace.

Each session includes a divination for the group, and as Spirit leads, personal readings may be offered. Many men find the greatest breakthroughs come not only from their own reading, but also from witnessing the wisdom shared with others. You’ll leave feeling lighter, supported, and more aligned—better equipped to meet the rest of your day with clarity and purpose.

✺ Jamari Michael White, Founder & Spiritual Director of SONS OF SPIRIT ✺

A former mental health therapist turned spiritual visionary and social entrepreneur, Jamari was inspired by his own struggles with depression and the heartbreaking loss of two gifted brothers in his community to suicide to found SONS OF SPIRIT. He is on a mission to support millions of Black men in freeing themselves from spiritual bondage and transforming the systems that wound the soul.

Jamari is a gifted prophet and seer. A lover of God and a descendant of spiritual leaders and healers on both sides of his lineage, he carries a well of ancestral wisdom and medicine drawing from the sacred technologies of Spirit. He is also a certified transformation coach, ancestral medicine practitioner, and minister of spirit.

Jamari holds a master’s degree in social work and mental health from Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Human Development from The University of Chicago, with advanced studies in spirituality, ecology, culture, and ethics at Chicago Theological Seminary.

Recognized as a Dalai Lama Fellow, Transformative Leadership for Change Fellow, Forward Promise Fellow, and New Contemplative Fellow, Jamari’s leadership stands out for his devotion, integrity, wisdom, innovation, and service. Above all, his work reflects a deep love for all people and an unshakable faith in the human power to transform the world.

Jamari is a Columbus, Ohio native living in Fort Collins, Colorado.
