What should I bring?

Bring what makes you comfortable. Suggested items include: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering if you like darkness. Dress in comfortable cloths.

Is this indoor?

Yes! There is a building at the Lakefront Park. The session will be in the "small gym" inside. However, the park is beautiful. Great place the relax if you have time before or after the session.

What time should I arrive?

10:45 am so you can find a spot and get comfortable, so we can start at 11:00 am. Session ends at 12 pm and Amanda has the space rented till 12:30 pm.

Where do I park and enter?

There is plenty of free parking at the park. There is an entrance that is a single door facing the lake and parking lot. The door is locked, however there will be a greeter at the door to let you in.

A Sound Bath is a mediative experience that is an opportunity to relax your mind and body, connect with your spirit team to receive messages, and soak in amazing vibrations from the singing bowls. It's best to be hydrated. Chances are, you will get a great nights rest!
