Theme: Exploring Grief in the Fall Through Expression and Gut Energy

The third session in our seasonal Heart-Centered Medicine series explores the quiet wisdom of Fall. As nature turns inward, we invite you to reflect on your own cycles of grief and renewal.

Drawing from Chinese medicine’s association of the Metal element and lungs with this season, we’ll work with the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras—the centers that help us feel deeply and hold our ground. Through community acupuncture, sound therapy, and somatic reflection, we’ll explore grief as an embodied experience and boundaries as a form of self-love.

This space welcomes emotional complexity and offers tools for compassion, release, and integration.
