Lisa Orthmann, a Certified Breathwork Facilitator & Clinical Hypnotherapist is hosting a gentle yet transformational 90 min session, where you'll learn to release tension and emotions, awakening your energy to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and supported.

It's an opportunity to clear your mind, align your body, and engage in a healing experience that resonates on a somatic level, releasing emotions and traumas held in the body's cells. Perfect for breathwork beginners or experienced attendees.


What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that involves conscious control and manipulation of breathing patterns to achieve various physical, mental, and emotional benefits.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis supports you into a state of deep relaxation where we will focus on opening up the heart and releasing any old hurt, wounds or emotions not serving you. Lisa will take you through a Guided Hypnosis.

What can I expect during a Breathwork session?

The facilitator will create a safe and supportive environment for you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

What should I bring to a Breathwork session?

We recommend you bring a yoga mat, and an eye mask as the essentials. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted breathing. You may also want to bring a water bottle, a journal to record any insights or experiences, and an open mind.

How long does the event go for?

The workshop runs for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours total.

Is Breathwork suitable for everyone?

While Breathwork is generally safe for most people, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, especially respiratory or cardiovascular issues. Pregnant women should also exercise caution and consult with their healthcare provider before
