In this intimate circle, we will gather at the beautiful Peacemaker Studio in Shala A, set our intentions in front of our flower mandala and meditate to connect to our hearts.

Then we will follow with a beautiful Cacao Ceremony led by Fabiola of @mysecretlab.

We will then lay down to receive a Healing Sound Bath and Reiki by @najinihealingspace

Together Nadine & Fabiola will take you on a Sound Healing journey to activate and heal your heart, allowing you to reconnect with your true self.

***Please bring a yoga mat to lay on, a blanket to keep warm, a full water bottle and an open heart.

Event starts at 6:00pm and ends at 9:00pm.

What is Reiki?

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

Cacao ceremonies are helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions, and doing healing work & inner-processing. We sit together, pray and send intentions into the sacred cacao and allow it to open our hearts.

How do I prepare for a Cacao Ceremony?

Cacao contains caffeine, so please do NOT DRINK COFFEE or any other stimulants at least 3 hours before the ceremony. We recommend that you do not eat for at least three hours prior to the ceremony. This is so that the cacao can be quickly and easily absorbed enabling you to go deeper.
