Healthy Weight Matters is a 12-week program designed to empower participants to improve their health through lifestyle changes, including reaching and sustaining a healthy weight, incorporating physical activity into your daily routine, and having the tools to make these changes.
These 12 weeks are broken up into 3 Sections, each with 4 classes. You can start at the beginning of any section!

Small group sessions held weekly for 12 weeks.
• Sessions are led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
• Topics covered include balanced eating, individualized meal planning, mindful eating, physical activity, and assistance with barriers to health, such as sleep, fear, and stress.
• Participants will challenge themselves each week to achieve a new personal goal and learn valuable information to support their overall health for years to come.
Who is this program for: Anyone wanting to improve their overall health, including:
• Healthy eating for weight loss, whether 20 pounds or 100 pounds.
• Finding ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily life, forming habits that will last.
• Decreasing barriers that are holding you back from making positive lifestyle changes.
• Enhance the effects of tools you are already using to improve your health, developing habits that will assist in reaching and maintaining weight loss and overall health.

Cost: $210 for the Complete Course (no refunds after the start of your first Session)

NOTE: This Course can be taken in 3 Seprate Sessions and you can start at the beginning of any session. If you need to break up the class for timing porpuses you can take the 3 Sections individuly. The cost would be $80 a Session. To Sign up for only one Session a time please go back to the Events and Class page and type in HWM, this will bring up each individule Sessions for you to choose from.
