In this session, you'll learn how to recognize the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships. Through interactive activities, we'll talk about setting personal boundaries and what to do if you or someone you know is in an abusive relationship. You'll also learn about warning signs to look out for, including patterns like the cycle of violence and how power and control can show up in harmful ways.

For community members ages 16–24. Snacks, water, and a 15-minute break will be provided. The class takes place on the LGBT Center’s second floor, accessible by elevator.
