Healthy Back – Move Without Pain
Overview
Through a mix of stretching, strengthening and mindful breathing, you’ll learn how to release tension, improve posture, and build stability in the spine.
Each session offers accessible practices that can help ease stiffness in the shoulders, neck, and lower back, while also improving overall mobility. The class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re looking to prevent back discomfort, recover from long hours of sitting, or simply take better care of your body.
No previous yoga experience is required. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and supported in your everyday movement.
This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
