Welcome to our Muscle Balancing Class for 55+!

Come join us for a fun and energizing workout designed specifically for individuals aged 55 and older. Our Monday & Friday classes focuses on improving muscle strength, flexibility, and balance to help you stay active and healthy.

Dates: every Monday and Friday

Time: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Location: One Health Center at 1714 SW 17th St in the Community Center
