Learn how to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle—both mentally and physically—at an informative evening of health and wellness, including a menu of organic drinks, and a variety of superfood appetizers. The moderated panel discussion will feature influential alumni and Columbia professors who are experts in public health policy, nutrition, and mental health.
