Welcome to Healing Your Inner Eater! Join us at the Alexandria History Museum at the Lyceum for a transformative in person event with eating disorder and child feeding specialist dietitian Jessica Setnick. This one-of-a-kind event will weave together your creativity, eating expertise, historical knowledge, and curiosity with the latest research on epigenetics, attachment and more.

The result will depend on what you want to take away:

  • personal growth and insight, forgiveness and healing, plans for future change,
  • tools for client work. With Jessica as your guide, you’ll begin to find peace with your inner eating influencers and craft a conscious path forward.

Continuing education credits provided by Center for Change. Please see below for more detail.

Breakfast will be served beginning at 8:30.
