About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Friday, July 25, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. CT

Come connect to your breath, relax your body, and take a journey with Shawn and his family of instruments to wherever they may lead you! Immerse yourself in the harmonious vibrations and soothing sounds created by a variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, symphonic gongs, Chinese chao gong, and others.

Shawn holds space for his participants with care, compassion, and love as he takes them on a 90-minute journey. Opening the space with gratitude and soft recommendations to prepare one’s mind and body for their unique journey, he grounds recipients into the present moment with guided meditation and gentle breath work to begin inward exploration.

Shawn Buckel has been facilitating the return to balance, harmony, and peace through his work with Himalayan (metal) singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other instruments since 2019. Trained by Master Suren Shrestha at the Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School, he took the knowledge he absorbed from his teacher and blended it with his artistic ability, musical background, and passion for creating a beautiful ambiance for his participants to enjoy.
