The Prebys Foundation and The Nonprofit Institute are honored to have learned alongside the incredible 2024-2025 Healing Through the Arts and Nature grantees– a cohort of 59 nonprofit organizations using arts, culture, and the outdoors to strengthen pathways to health and well-being, resilience, joy, and social connection across San Diego County.
