This workshop is especially designed for Gen Z and millennial women who want to explore inner child healing, self-esteem, and emotional wellbeing. However, anyone who resonates with these themes is welcome to join.

2. Do I need to have had therapy before?

Not at all. This space is suitable for complete beginners and those already on a healing journey. Everything will be explained gently and accessibly.

3. Will I have to share personal experiences?

Accepted Answer

No one will ever be asked to share anything they’re not comfortable with. There will be reflective exercises, but you're welcome to just observe and take what you need.

4. Is this workshop a form of therapy?

No, this is not a therapy session. It’s an educational and reflective space led by a qualified therapist. If you’d like to take the next step after the session, you’ll be given access to our app to book a free consultation with a therapist of your choice.

5. What do I need to bring?

Just something to write with (notebook or journal), a comfy seat, and an open mind. Optional: candles, tea, tissues, whatever makes you feel supported and cosy.
