A Group Hypnosis + Journaling Workshop for Emotional Release & Self-Compassion
Join us for a powerful, heart-centered journey to connect with your inner child—the part of you that still holds unspoken emotions, early memories, and the desire to be seen, loved, and understood.
Through guided group hypnosis, reflective journaling prompts (journals provided), and gentle writing exercises, you'll explore:
- The emotions your inner child still carries
- Patterns or wounds that may still influence you today
- A path toward self-forgiveness, compassion, and healing
💌 We’ll close with a guided exercise to write letters—perhaps to your younger self, or to a parent—as a way of releasing old stories and creating emotional clarity.
