Navigating early adulthood can be challenging. If you have lost a loved one to suicide, it can be even harder. Our Healing Strides walking group offers a safe space for young professionals, graduate students, and other young adults in Boston to honor those we've lost while moving forward one step at a time.

This fall, join a group of twenty-somethings who know what it's like to carry the kind of grief that follows a suicide loss. Find support, share memories of your loved one, and take steps toward healing together.
