The purpose of the Healing Psychic Fair is to give the community access to what it is like to receive Spirit-to-Spirit communication, to benefit from Spiritual Counseling and/or Healing, and to inform the community that they are capable in the same way, should they want to learn for themselves. The Healing Psychic Fair also gives participants an opportunity to practice their spirituality as they read, counsel, and heal others, as well as themselves, in the process.

Through our classes and community outreach programs, we teach and support Reiki, as a complementary holistic practice that facilitates health, well-being, balance, and harmonious living.

The Reiki self-treatment and Reiki treatment of others supports individuals in establishing and maintaining a state of well-being through holistic practices, and through recognizing the connection of Mind, Body, Emotion and Spirit.

Attention is focused on the importance of balance and alignment within the human energy system, the effectiveness of living life consciously, and the influence of Natural Laws.

Liability:

By attending this event, you agree to the following:

You are participating in the services offered by any of the vendors associated with HEALING HANDS REIKI AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT INC., during which you will receive information about psychic and spiritual healing. You accept the responsibility to assess the appropriateness of your participation throughout this event.

You recognize that the quality of self-awareness (including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) you bring to your Healing Psychic Fair experience, is central to how your experience unfolds, evolves, and is received and evaluated by you.

You assume full responsibility for any benefits, miracles, inspiration, vitality, and success, AS WELL AS, risks, injuries or challenges, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the Healing Psychic Fair. You also waive any claim/credit you may have against/for the instructor, his/her vendors, or anyone you may assess as related to your experience with the Healing Psychic Fair, for these benefits, miracles, inspiration, vitality, and success, AS WELL AS, injury or challenges that you may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

You understand very clearly that spiritual guidance during the Healing Psychic Fair is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and that the vendors do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. You understand that the vendor's spiritual guidance does not take the place of medical care. You understand that it is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological aliment you may have.

You, your heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, and discharge HEALING HANDS REIKI AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT, INC., and the nonprofit vendors for any benefits that may come from their skillful and benevolent presence OR any negligence or other acts. You have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. If you feel you do not understand its contents, you affirm that you have clarified any misunderstanding with HEALING HANDS REIKI AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT, INC., and the nonprofit vendors. You accept and state that this waiver is applicable to any HEALING HANDS REIKI AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT, INC.

In the event of a dispute between the Operator and the HEALING HANDS AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT, INC., Participant concerning the interpretation of any provision of this agreement, such matter or matters in dispute shall be finally settled:

a. by three arbitrators, one appointed by each Party, and the third, who shall be the chairman, selected by the two appointed arbitrators.

b. the language of the arbitration shall be English; and

c. the place of the arbitration shall be an agreed upon location other than “Ashtanga Yoga Atlanta”, 27 Waddell St NE, Suite A, Atlanta, GA 30307

You have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. You voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
