Are you craving rest? We need support to rest, and that is what this class is all about. A pay what you can donation is required at the door - choose an offering amount that works for you!

Join us from 2 :00 - 3:00pm every Saturday at Make-It Springfield for a relaxing experience of reconnecting with our bodies through gentle movement, healing through listening to the soothing sounds of live handpan drumming, and ending with the rest-based guided meditation practice known as Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Yoga Nidra is experienced by finding a comfortable posture of rest and being guided through a process of relaxation as you listen and relax.

Taught by Jamila Jackson at Make-It Springfield, this is a space designed for feeling connected in community and being nourished and replenished. No movement experience is required, all bodies and abilities are welcome.
