The holidays can bring out more than we expect: old roles, familiar triggers, emotional patterns we thought we outgrew, and a pace that pulls on our capacity. Before you enter those moments, pause and give yourself the gift of clarity and grounding.

Healing Lab is a free 3-part experience designed to support you through the season.
This is not therapy and it is not a support group.
It is a healing lab — a companion space where you can explore your inner world with gentleness, gain insight, and practice real tools for real-life moments.

Protect Your Peace — Boundaries, Regulation and Real-Time Tools

When the room gets loud, you do not have to lose yourself.
This session helps you understand what throws you off, what pulls on your capacity, and why certain dynamics feel heavier than others. Learn how to stay rooted in who you are, communicate with confidence, and navigate challenging family moments with clarity and calm.

Session 3: NEXT STEPS

A Gentle Reset — Intention and Alignment for the New Year

Before the year shifts, give yourself permission to reset.
This session helps you release what is heavy, honor what has shaped you, and clarify what truly matters as you enter a new season. Explore your desires, your values, and the rhythm that supports the person you are becoming.
