About this event

Health • Personal health

This isn’t therapy, but it’s therapeutic. A four-part series designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and get back to the basics: gut health, sleep, movement, connection, and emotional safety. Plus, we end with a cozy in-person community circle to integrate it all.

Session 1: Gut Health, Food as Medicine & Sleep (online)
We’ll kick things off by exploring how the gut-brain axis impacts mood, energy, and emotional resilience. You’ll learn how specific foods, and daily rhythms (like sleep and meal timing) can support both your mental and physical well-being.

Session 2: The Power of Community, Movement & Nature Session 1: Gut Health, Food as Medicine & Sleep (online)
This session is all about connection — to people, to the earth, and to yourself. We’ll explore how relationships, a sense of belonging, and simple movement in nature can reduce stress, boost mood, and increase feelings of safety and joy.

Session 3: Therapy That Fits — Finding the Right Support Session 1: Gut Health, Food as Medicine & Sleep (online)
We’ll unpack what to look for in a therapist, how to know when it’s a good fit, and explore different modalities (like somatic therapy, EMDR, talk therapy, ketamine etc.)

 Session 4: In-Person Community Circle
We’ll close with a heartfelt in-person circle — a chance to connect, reflect, and build community in real time. This gathering will hold space for shared experiences, gentle conversation, and support rooted in presence.
