Healing Hearts Circle

The Healing Hearts Circle is a safe and sacred space where we gather to honor our losses, name our sorrow, and sit with what is real. Whether your grief is fresh or long-held, named or nameless, spoken or silent - you are welcome here. In this Circle, there is no pressure to explain or move on. There is only the invitation to be present - with your heart, your story, and your tears. We listen without judgement. We speak with honesty. We hold space with tenderness. Together, we carry what is heavy. Together, we remember we are not alone. Together, we allow grief to move, to breathe, and, in its own time, to begin healing. You are not here to be fixed. You are here to be held.
