Overview

3 Total Workshops - 11/15, 11/29, 12/13

A day to learn about gardening skills to connect with nature for your mental health and well being.

We invite you for a day of healing in community. Our intention with the Healing Garden Day is to provide a safe space to find alternative healthy coping mechanisms for anyone experiencing stressors or concerns in their life. Gardening and physical activity are proven to reduce symptoms of depression by increasing production of dopamine and endorphins. More importantly, my favorite part, during this day we get the chance to meet other like-minded folks who are also looking to learn more about mental health.

Please join us for a day of community gardening, light refreshments, and snacks, followed by a leisurely walk to a second garden site. During the event, guests will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on vegetable planting.

We look forward to sharing this meaningful and enjoyable experience with you.
