Healing Forward is a series of 75-minute creative, communal workshops designed to help you release tension, reconnect with yourself, and envision what wholeness feels like beyond hustle culture. 🤎
In this installment, you'll step away from the noise and tune into your own energetic forecast...mapping out the emotions, energies, and priorities you're inviting in (and releasing) this season.
Through intention-setting, mindful meditation, and a guided energy mapping experience, we'll trade hustle culture for soft skies, sacred boundaries, and a check in that actually honors the version of you you're becoming.
In this experience, you'll:
- Map out the emotional 'weather' you're moving through and where your energy belongs
- Identify what's clouding your peace and what deserves to bask in your sunlight
- Name your soft life essentials and feel-good rituals for the month ahead
- Leave with a personalized Energy Forecast Map you can revisit anytime life gets loud, weird, or chaotic
- Enjoy a corresponding, gentle yoga flow created to help you lock in what you want and fully release what you don't
