Overview

Presented by Ed Center

Big news! We're thrilled to launch The Mindful Resilience Series, a 5-session program designed to help Youth Development Professionals build emotional capacity, prevent burnout, and empower their communities.

This isn't just about self-care—it's about transformation and impact. Over five dynamic sessions, you will receive hands-on training and tangible tools that will enable you to:

  • Heal Yourself: Cultivate deep personal wellness and build resilience.
  • Empower Your Community: Become a Wellness Facilitator, equipped to lead and support others in your organization and community.

As a Youth Development Professional, the demands on your emotional and mental capacity are immense. This five-session series gives you simple, powerful tools to handle stress, prevent burnout, and stay emotionally strong. We start by helping you take care of yourself first. Then, you gain the skills to lead and create safe, caring spaces for the young people you work with. When you finish, you'll become a Wellness Facilitator, ready to bring health and resilience to your whole community.
