Healing Breathwork and Hypnosis create a synergistic experience of releasing through the somatic practice of the breathwork and receiving through the seeding of hypnotic suggestion. Experience four sessions that will access and activate mental, emotional, physical and spiritual resilience.

This workshop series will take you through the holidays with power and peace. You will receive support and guidance from long time facilitators, Gisela and Susan. Your series will include homework, guided breathwork and hypnosis meditations.

Healing Breathwork is a catalyst for healing. Gisela will guide you through four distinct phases: Intro, Releasing, Receiving and Trance. When you breathe deeply for an extended period of time, you go into a hyper-oxygenated, trance-like state. This is where true healing is possible.

In this safe space, you can process emotions, thoughts, trauma and subconscious programming with somatic self-therapy. The practice includes a short warm up that opens the energy channels and relaxes the body, preparing for the breathwork. After warm-ups you are in a comfortable position on your back with a blanket, bolster and eye pillow.

In the trance state, Susan will support your intentions by seeding affirmations into your subconscious mind. Her method is ground breaking and builds on the foundation of traditional hypnotherapy. Her specialized practice of Hypno-VAK, is an innovative, accelerated approach that integrates visual, auditory, kinesthetic techniques along with color and shape associations. This unique method expedites the changes you desire to make and enhances the depth of your transformation.

Afterwards you will ground and integrate the experience. It is an accessible practice for all levels, no experience required.
