What is the non refundable deposit for?

There are limited spots available. The non refundable deposit is to reserve your spot and begins the journey of your commitment to attend.

Do you offer refunds in the event of a hurricane, covid, or other unforeseen circumstances?

There are no refunds given for natural disasters, or covid. You can and are encouraged to purchase your own travel insurance for coverage. Refund requests for other circumstances can be approved on a case by case basis. If all spots have been filled then the deposit can be refunded or placed on h

Are meals and transportation included?

YES, the total price includes 3 daily meals along with transportation to /from the airport. You must take the van/shuttle according to the times/schedule being offered. (Anything outside of these times available will NOT be included. Please plan to arrive accordingly. If you are planning to arrive

Is airfare included?

Airfare is not included in the total price. You must purchase this separately.

What is the closest airport?

The closest airport is located in Cancun Mexico. The resort is about a 2.5 hr drive located in the small village of El Cuyo.

Am I guaranteed to get into the retreat?

Not everyone will be selected for each retreat. We will be in close quarters for an extended period of time and we want to ensure each group is the best fit for all attendees. Our selection is not personal, rather a reflection of how we think each group will form cohesively.
