You're welcome to join us for an exploration of movement, rest, and reconnection rooted in the healing principles of Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), the only yoga-based modality clinically proven to support recovery from PTSD and complex trauma.
Each week, we’ll begin with a short, accessible introduction to one of the five core principles of TCTSY:
✨ Invitational Language✨ Non-Coercion✨ Shared Authentic Experience✨ Interoception✨ Choice-Making
Then, we’ll move into a mindful, slow-flowing practice designed to invite presence and curiosity, rather than performance or perfection. This is yoga as an opportunity for reclaiming instead of fixing or forcing.
Each session closes with an extended rest opportunity, accompanied by the soothing tones of live crystal singing bowls, offering a spacious landing place for your nervous system. This class is for you if:
- You're looking for a trauma-sensitive approach to yoga
- You’re in therapy or recovery and seeking embodied support
