No, come anytime between 2 and 5pm. Just leave yourself enough time to do the activities.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, we'll have food, activities and everything you'll need.

Do I need to be going to headspace to attend?

No, this event is to celebrate headspace Day and is open to anyone ages 12 to 25 to attend. If you'd like to chat to us about coming to headspace we'll have our team there on the day.

Join us on Saturday, October 25th between 2 and 5pm at headspace Caloundra (67 Bowman Rd) for an afternoon of fun and creativity.

This free event is for young people aged 12–25 and will transform the centre into a unique, multi-room experience you won’t want to miss.

Each space will become its own world of activity, including:🎨 A glow and create art studio🎧 A silent disco room🎬 A mini movie theatre👕 A print-your-own tee station📸 and more!

Plus, enjoy free food and plenty of good vibes all afternoon.

The event is all about celebrating headspace Day and the opening of our new centre in Caloundra.
