About this event

Business

Join us for a two-day opportunity to earn "on-site" type continuing education units using CCL-approved livestream methods. 10 approved continuing education units per day! Attendees will be present from 8 AM to 6:30 PM. Please note that you must register for each training day separately. This is day ONE training herein.

*This course is scheduled to take place by ZOOM. This is a handy way to receive live training from the comfort of your home, office or vacation rental!

Please see separate ZOOM registrations for Day ONE and Day TWO; each must have separate registration so that we can honor the CCL approvals. This is VERY important in order to get you credit for live training.

DAY ONE Content Examples:

We will be taking a deep dive into HCBS Final Rule federal requirements #s 1-5.

Requirements #1-5: RESIDENTIAL AND NON-RESIDENTIAL

- #1: Access To The Community

- #2: Choice of Setting

- #3: Right to Be Treated Well

- #4: Independence

- #5: Choice of Services and Supports

DAY TWO Content Examples:

We will be taking a deep dive into HCBS Final Rule federal requirements #s 6-10.

- #6: Residential Agreement

- #7: Privacy

- #8: Schedule and Access to Food

- #9: Right to Visitors

- #10: Accessibility

We encourage even those providers who are non-residential to attend and understand day two, as we can gain inspiration, support and information for meeting all federal requirements -- both residential and non-residential in nature.

---

Participants must attend the entirety of the day to obtain certificates of attendance, and remain actively engaged throughout. No exceptions or substitutes are available due to CEU approvals. Each participant will register and pay for the course and may NOT share materials or Zoom links with non-registered persons.

Please use your legal first and last name to register, and also on all course-related correspondence, as certificates are generated based on the information given. We are not able to revise certificates once distributed.

This event was custom-created for a limited number of attendee seats, and so will not be available for refunds within less than seven days of the event.
