‼️Initial Deposit - $100 per person. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A $50 late fee if received after the 16th.

❌️Mandatory monthly payment - $100 minimum due on the 16th

✅️Traveling to Hawaii only requires a valid REAL ID driver’s license.

✅️Credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals.

✅️Travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

✅️Please provide an email address that is checked frequently.

✅️It is imperative to make sure your roommate’s payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you will be required to pay a higher occupancy rate.

✅️Please register in the name shown on your driver's license.

✅️Flight itineraries are due to your agent 30 days prior to departure. If flight itineraries are not received 30 days prior to departure, you will be responsible for obtaining your own roundtrip transportation. You are required to make your own flight arrangements. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Hawaii on May 11, 2027. You should also schedule your departure flight for May 17, 2027.

Airline flight schedule for the full package will be released late June 2026.

A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.

**Terms and Conditions for Booking with Dream Destinations**

By booking a service with Dream Destinations, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **No Refunds Policy**Dream Destinations operates with a strict no-refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, delays, or changes due to the following:- Travel delays or cancellations (including those caused by weather, natural disasters, or any other external factors)- Traffic or transportation disruptions- Mechanical failure or service interruptions by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels, ground transport providers)- Personal circumstances, including illness or changes in travel plans by the Client- Any other unforeseen events outside the control of Dream Destinations

2. **Responsibility for Third-Party Services**Dream Destinations acts as an intermediary to book and arrange travel services. Dream Destinations LLC cannot be held responsible for delays, or liabilities arising from delays, as a result of acts of God, traffic and/or road conditions,highway construction, mechanical failure, detours, direction of highway enforcement personnel, dissatisfaction or any other condition beyond the direct control of Dream Destinations LLC, caused by third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, bus companies, tour operators, etc.). In case of any service disruption or complaint related to third-party services, the Client agrees to address the issue directly with the provider, and Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any losses or inconveniences.

3. **Booking Modifications**Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees imposed by third-party suppliers. The Client acknowledges that Dream Destinations cannot guarantee availability of any modifications or changes once the booking has been confirmed.

4. **Force Majeure**In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters), Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any failure to provide services or for any disruptions to the Client’s travel plans.

5. **Travel Insurance**Dream Destinations highly recommends that Clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including cancellations, interruptions, and other potential disruptions during travel. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate coverage.
