💫 About This Experience (short preview)

As the weather cools and the days grow shorter, our hearts naturally turn inward.
Join us for a cozy online Havening Workshop from the comfort of your own home — a 2-hour guided journey to help you calm your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with emotional safety through the gentle science of touch.

🌸 Full Description

As autumn deepens and winter approaches, we’re invited to slow down and listen — to our bodies, our emotions, and the quiet rhythms within us.
Yet this season can also stir feelings of grief, fear, sadness, or uncertainty.

This is where Havening becomes a powerful ally.

Havening is a gentle, neuroscience-based technique that uses self-applied touch, soothing attention, and visualization to help regulate the nervous system and transform emotional distress into calm.
Created by Drs. Steven and Ronald Ruden, it helps the brain release old emotional imprints — so you can feel lighter, grounded, and safe again.

In this 2-hour live online workshop, you’ll learn how to use Self-Havening as a personal practice to process emotions, soften stress, and restore balance — especially helpful during the colder, reflective months of the year.

You’ll be guided step by step, and you can participate with your camera on or off — at your own comfort level — from anywhere in the world.

You’ll Learn To:

✅ Understand how the brain and body store emotional stress
✅ Use Havening touch to reduce anxiety and restore calm
✅ Practice three forms of Self-Havening (arms, face, and palms)
✅ Process emotions like sadness, fear, or grief safely and gently
✅ Create cozy self-regulation rituals to stay grounded through winter
