Everyone! All HarWright family members, extended family, and loved ones are welcome. Bring the kids, bring your plus-ones. We’re celebrating all generations.
• Adults: $40 • Children (12 & under): $15 Your ticket covers the venue, food (BBQ & more), activities, and a custom reunion t-shirt!
Yes, final payments are due by August 23, 2025 so we can plan food, t-shirts, and activities.
Expect BBQ classics (ribs, hot dogs, burgers), a fish fry, catered dishes, sides, and desserts. We’ll also have vegetarian options available.
Yes! There’ll be face painting, a scavenger hunt, kid-friendly games, and a playground nearby.
Yes, we’d love your help! You can sign up during ticket checkout or message the organizer to assist with setup, food, games, or t-shirt distribution.
No, shirts are completely optional
We’ll have covered shelter, but we’re watching the weather. Updates will be sent by email if there are any changes.
Forest Hill Park was selected because it had availability during our ideal dates, met local residential requirements, and made it easy to transport food, supplies, and decorations. It’s also a central location that’s convenient for most of the family to travel to.
