Event Overview
Harvesting Connections is a family-friendly Fall Festival & Resource Fair created to celebrate and support Veterans and Military Families. Hosted at the DoSeum in San Antonio, this event combines fun activities with meaningful resources to strengthen community connections.

What to Expect

🍂 Family Fun: Seasonal activities, games, and crafts for children and adults.

🎶 Entertainment & Engagement: Interactive activities and opportunities to connect with others.

🤝 Resource Fair: Veteran Service Organizations and community partners offering programs, support, and services for Veterans and Military Families.

💜 Community Building: A welcoming space to connect, share, and grow together.

This event is free to attend and open to all Veterans, Service Members, and their families.

Vendor & Sponsorship Important Details
All booth content must align with the mission to support and empower military and veteran families.

Sponsor Booths (Paid)

• All paid sponsorships include a vendor booth and activity setup.
• The sponsorship fee covers the cost of supplies for the activity. (Camp SHiEld will provide a list of activities to select from for each level).
• Sponsors may elect to:
• Have volunteers from their own organization host and engage families at their booth, or
• Allow Camp SHiEld to coordinate volunteers to host on their behalf.

Vendor Booths (Veteran Service Organizations – VSOs)

• A limited number of cost-free vendor spaces are available exclusively for VSOs.
• These spots are not guaranteed and require completing the interest form to be considered.
• VSOs must host their own activity and provide their own supplies.

👉 Please note: This is not a fundraising event. All proceeds directly support event costs and creating a fun, family-friendly environment for our military families. Sponsorship opportunities are open for a limited time.

Camp SHiEld is a division of After Military Service (AMS). AMS is a nonprofit organization that was founded in July of 2017. The mission of AMS is to support the personal and professional success of Veterans and their families, after military service.
