Join Teishu Mike, a certified tea sommelier and creator of Intentional Tea Time, on a tea journey that transports you from serenity to spectacular sensations and from meditation to magic making!

🌳Opening the Space

Gather in the sacred and serene outdoor space behind The Simple Life in downtown Frederick, Maryland and embrace a balance of celebration, ceremony, and creativity as we come together in community, on the eve of the Harvest Moon, to engage in a practice that is steeped in ritual and inspires introspection and imagination.

🌾 Honoring the Harvest

You will be greeted with a welcome tea and light vegan, gluten free fare reflective of the regional abundance. Settle into the space and convene with beautiful souls before shifting into meditative serenity, grounding into the intention of gratitude and emerging from your inward journey renewed and focused. Then, we will honor and celebrate the spirits of the Harvest Moon: the Corn Mother and "Harvestman" of the Native American and Celtic traditions, respectfuly.

🎴Harvest Moon Intention Setting

Calling forth the energy of the forthcoming full moon, we will collectively focus our energies and individually set, renew, or reset our intentions. We will engage in a community oracle card pull to gain clarity around our queries and explore our connection to our intentions.

🍵 Second Taste & Herb Exploration

Enjoy a second "Intentional Tea Time" custom tea, in ceremony. The teas and herbs used in the teas you've tasted will be passed around, deeply inhaled, and discussed as you begin to forge relationships with herbs and gain a deeper understanding of their health benefits and metaphysical correspondences in preparation for your tea crafting.

Take a moment to reflect, refresh your seasonal snack bowl, sip your tea, spill some tea with new friends, or whatever you need to transition to the creative part of your experience.

✨ Making Your Magic Brew

Those herbs and teas will join an assortment of herbs, spices, fruits, and teas, selected intuitively and to exemplify the Harvest Moon theme, on our crafting table where you will construct a tea that aligns to your intentions, guided by Teishu Mike. You will seal this tea with wax and a dried flower in a tea spell jar that you will take with you to enjoy and use in your future manifestation work and rituals.

🕯️Closing Ritual

We will close our time together with a sacred full moon ceremonial practice to shed what no longer serves us in order to make space for the abundace that is coming to us!

📗 Journaling & Other Notes

There will be opportunities to journal about your intentions and manifestation, and to capture notes on the metaphysical correspondences and health benefits of the teas and herbs used in the ceremony. (Please bring a journal & dress in layers for the weather)
