Whether you’re a music educator looking to bring a cappella into your classroom, a lifelong barbershopper, or brand-new to the style, Harmony U has something for everyone!

Bring your quartet or chorus for hands-on daily coaching sessions, or come on your own and experience the camaraderie of our HU ensembles. Build your directing, arranging, and coaching chops with daily classes and private lessons.

You’ll leave inspired with new skills, fresh ideas, and friends from around the world who all share one thing: a love of ringing chords. Harmony University isn’t just a music conference—it’s a summer-camp-for-grown-ups kind of magic filled with joy, connection, and a whole lot of singing!

• Coaching fee of $400 per quartet
• Programming includes 3 daily coaching sessions from M-F , with performance opportunities on the Monday night quartet & chorus parade and Friday Night Show.
• Deadline to submit your coaching fee payment: March 31, 2026

• Coaching fee of $1000 per chorus
• Bring 30-44 singers: 15% off registration for each member
• Bring 45+ singers: 20% off registration for each member
• Programming includes 3 daily coaching sessions from M-F, as well as guided team-building activities, with performance opportunities on the Monday night quartet & chorus parade and Friday Night Show.

District Leadership Bootcamp: $100 off registration

• If you're looking to attend HU as a District Leader for the Bootcamp, please contact your District President for the promo code.

Chapter Success: $100 discount per person if 4+ from the same chapter register

• Email harmonyu@barbershop.org BEFORE purchasing your registrations to acquire this discount
• Coupon code will be given if you anticipate 4+ people from your chapter, but if any less than 4 people end up registering please note that we will bill the chapter for the difference.

Refund Policy:

Plans change—we get it. If something comes up and you can’t make it to HU, our refund policy below lays out what’s refundable and when

• Before April 1, 2026: Full refund (minus a $50 fee).
• Between April 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026: 75% of amount paid is refundable.
• Between June 1, 2026 - July 1, 2026: 50% of amount paid is refundable.

After July 1, 2026: We will not be able to offer a refund.
