As the golden hour light softens over Philippe Park, we gather by the water to embrace the transformation of the seasons, both within and around us.
This mini retreat offers space to pause, reflect, and restore balance through a gentle blend of community connection, sound healing, and guided reflection. It’s a time to release what no longer serves and make room for the energy of what’s to come.
