What kind of food will be served?

There will be 5 small bites paired with each cider course. The small bites and " happy Hour " after the tasting will have snacks too. All food will be gluten free and meat free. Yes, there will be cheese, as cheese is a perfect pairing with cider.

What is a Pommelier ?

A Pommelier is a cider expert. To become a certified Pommelier one must pass a rigorous written and sensory evaluation. This is accredited by the American Cider Association.
