Each session is designed around your goals and current skill level—perfect for beginners taking their first steps into calisthenics or experienced athletes chasing advanced skills. You’ll learn proper form, improve mobility, and gain confidence through tailored coaching in a supportive, motivating environment.
Training focuses include handstands, human flags, bar swings, bar tricks, dynamics, muscle-ups, and other adult gymnastics fundamentals for calisthenics. Janie combines over a decade of gymnastics and professional calisthenics experience to help you move with strength, precision, and control. Every session is structured to challenge your limits, prevent injury, and unlock new levels of performance.
