In this 2-hour Handstand workshop you will learn how to balance on your hands through drills and exercices that will build your strength, mobility and overall resistance. We will work on feeling and understanding the fundamentals to help you succeed: body alignment, how to use your hands, shoulders and core to build a strong and healthy handstand practice. Wherever you are at in your journey, this workshop is inclusive and will offer options for everyone to explore, challenge, bloom at their own pace.
About Marine:
Marine is a French yoga teacher, 500RYT certified. She began teaching yoga when she left her home country 5 years ago to embark in a spiritual and movement journey around the world. As a former gymnast, she has learned the importance of proper techniques and strong body/mind connection to build a safe, self-aware practice. She equally uses her intuitive whisper and natural sensitivity for art to help you unlock what’s already within. Her classes are strong & dynamic, mixing traditional yoga and modern movement (that includes mobility and strength) so you can develop awareness of your body in a safe environment.
