Hands-on Vibe Coding workshop: Build Your Own Website
Overview
This hands-on workshop introduces "vibe coding", a revolutionary approach to building websites using natural language instead of traditional code. No technical experience required.
In this session, participants will discover how to transform ideas into live websites through conversational prompts with AI. Perfect for non-technical leaders, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals, vibe coding removes the barriers between vision and execution.
What You'll Experience:
- Go from concept to working website in under 15 minutes
- Learn to craft effective prompts that bring your design ideas to life
- Iterate and refine your site in real-time through natural conversation
- Understand the building blocks of modern web design without writing a single line of code
What You'll Build: Each participant will create their own custom website—whether it's a personal portfolio, a landing page for a project, or a showcase for your work. You'll leave with a functioning site and the confidence to continue building on your own.
We will give a quick overview of vibe coding tools, followed by step by step instructions including sample prompts to build your personal website. You will be able to save the project and continue to experiment with it after the workshop. All skill levels are welcome. Bring your ideas and we'll provide the tools!
ps. Don't forget your laptops!
