Hands on Introduction to Power Tools!

Learn how to safely use an assorment of typical power tools in this Tuesday night workshop. Drills, drill press, impact drivers, circular saws, sawsall, band saw, table saw, sanders and more are tools you'll have the opportunity to experience. We will show safe use, safety gear and teach techniques that will help you on your power tool journey. Ask questions about purchasing or particular projects. This is a great class for home owners, artists, apartment dwellers, and anyone that wants to learn and build confidence around tools.

Power Tools 101 is presented by a carpenter/woodworker of over 20 years with a passion for sharing knowledge in an accessible manner.

While this workshop is designed for adults, youth are welcome with a participating adult.

We offer this class with a sliding scale payment option. We are a small nonprofit organization that appreciates donations but does not want barriers to access our services. Donations help keep our doors open and assists someone attending a workshop in the future.
