About the Speaker
Saj Dillard is an urban farmer and community advocate in Baltimore City. She owns and operates Sajeeda Urban Farm in West Baltimore, located on land that she purchased from the city in May 2024. Saj has been part of Baltimore's urban farming community for the last 4 years and has extensive experience across a broad range of areas, including animal husbandry, vegetable production and processing, market management, and farm maintenance. She hold several certifications in beekeeping and manages several apiaries, including the apiary at the Farm Alliance's Black Butterfly Teaching Farm.
