Hands-on History: Zine Workshop with grouphug
By King Manor Museum
Overview
Collaborate with your community and create a zine in a day! Lead by artists from grouphug magazine
The artists from grouphug magazine will be on-site for this special, extended Saturday of Hands On History! They will be teaching the different steps that make up a zine. By the end of the day, King Manor and grouphug, teaming up with Queens Memory Project, will print the completed community piece for folks to take home.
Tickets help us prepare for the event but are not required and admission is free!
This program is supported in part by the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA), and by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.
