Join Ashley Padma, a Thai massage therapist trained in Northern Thailand, for a deeply restorative evening designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and renew your spirit.
The journey begins with hands-on assisted stretching using traditional Thai massage techniques to gently open the body, release tension, and soothe the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into a Yoga Nidra meditation—a state of “yogic sleep” that invites you into profound relaxation between wakefulness and rest. This guided practice leads you through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization to help restore balance and promote deep healing.
The experience concludes with a soothing sound bath, where the vibrations of Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice wash over you—enhancing relaxation, harmonizing your energy, and deepening the effects of Yoga Nidra. Bowls may also be placed along chakra points to support energetic alignment and renewal.
This immersive blend of Thai massage, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing offers a powerful reset for your body and mind. You’ll leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and at peace—restored from the inside out.
