Do I need to wear anything specific?

Yes, please wear closed-toe soft soled shoes like sneakers. No sandals, please! Also, if you have long hair, you'll need to tie it back, so bring a hair tie or clip.

No sandals or clunky shoes with heavy heels allowed.

Question 2

I am gluten/dairy intolerant. Can you accommodate that?

Yes, but you absolutely *must* let us know at least ONE WEEK in advance. Last-minute or on-the-day requests will not be accommodated.

I'm vegan or vegetarian. Can you accommodate this?

From this menu, you'll see right up front if this class is not a good option. You can write to info @ kathleenflinn.com and be put on a waiting list for future vegan/vegetarian friendly classes.

Question 4

Is there parking? Also, is it close to public transportation?

Classes are taught a block off Broadway in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Street parking is tight, but there is a paid lot across the street. We are located a few blocks to the Capitol Hill light rail station and a half block from the Mercer Street stop on the No. 49 bus route.

Can I get a signed book?

Yes! Ask in advance and we will get you all sorted so you can have it personally signed during your class.

I can't make this class but I want to attend future ones.

Accepted Answer

No problem. Kathleen expects to teach about eight to 10 classes per year in Seattle. Hit "Like" and follow her to get the first heads up on future classes.

Question 7

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Classes are non-refundable but you can have someone come in your place if you can't make it. In some cases, it may be possible to swap to a later class.
