This winter, the Alps are closer than ever, at Eataly! Found throughout northeastern Italy, Canederli are traditional bread dumplings similar to Austrian and German knödel. In this class, you’ll prepare Canederli al Burro e Fontina, finished with melted butter and grated Alta Badia cheese, a classic expression of Alpine comfort food.
