CAPS Community Handpan Integration Circle

Join the CAPS community for a transformative integration circle. This sacred space invites you to reflect, share, and connect in a supportive community. Together, we’ll explore insights, process experiences, and ground into clarity and wholeness. Our CAPS Advisor, Rob Hildreth will lead the group through a handpan meditation into an integration circle. Rob is a certified Third Wave Psychedelic Coaching Practitoner.

Please bring blankets and cushions for comfort and warmth as well as a journal and pen if you would like. We will also have a fire and welcome you to bring any items you would like to burn in the fire.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and settle into the space. We’ll begin promptly at 6pm with our container agreements and opening the circle to honor everyone’s time.

Whether you’re integrating the experience of coming out of the psychedelic closet, processing a recent non-ordinary state of consciousness through sober practices or altered state of consciousness with plant medicine, or navigating significant life changes and transformations, this circle provides a safe and nurturing space to connect, share, and receive support on your journey.

This offering is perfect for those seeking support and connection on their healing journey. Come to be seen and supported, and leave feeling grounded, empowered, and connected to your authenticity. Step into your truth, follow your path, and embrace the medicine of community with CAPS!

Please note this is at a personal home and we may need to jenga cars. There will be a german shepard there, her name is Nugget. She is an older and very sweet German Shepard who can be vocal, and is very gentle.
