It's important to have tough conversations, but it doesn't make them any less nerve wracking.
Let’s face it—awkward conversations are part of life. Whether it’s chasing a late payment, pushing back on a request, setting boundaries, or dealing with tricky feedback, these moments can be uncomfortable… but they don’t have to be a nightmare.
In this Live Online Learning Workshop, we'll unpick the need to have tough conversations.
When you know you have a tough conversation coming up, we'll look at how you can best prepare for it so that it doesn't turn into an arguement.
You'll discover how how to tackle tough conversations with confidence, calm, and a touch of grace (even when you’d rather hide under your desk).
We’ll share some simple, proven techniques to help you say what needs to be said. You'll leave with a few lightbulb moments and practical tools you can use right away.
Join a small group, where we'll create a safe space and look at how you can make any conversation meaningful, impactful and focused.
Perfect if you’re a freelancer, sole trader, small business, employee in a corporate setting, or work for a charity or organisation.
Frequently asked questions
Whilst you'll receive reminder emails, the actual link to join the workshop will be sent out 1 hour before the session is due to begin.
Ideally we'd love all participants to be on camera throughout the live online learning workshop, - we don't bite, and it helps with engagement. However, if that's not possible, we do need people to be on camera and microphone when they are contributing to the session as it is interactive.
Absolutely! 2.5 hours is a long time to be in front of the screen, so we factor in a break around the half way mark. Of course, if you need to nip off the call at any other time then that's fine too.
We don't send out the full slide deck, but we can share some worksheets with the key tools afterwards if that is helpful. Just let us know!
Nope, although we’d encourage you to make a brew before you join the call. You might also want to have some way of taking notes throughout the session.
